During your design consultation, you'll meet with Anne-Marie to explore our diverse range of fine art portrait options. We’ll discuss your personal style, locations, clothing options, and learn more about the people we will be working with. Together, we’ll discuss how these portraits will complement your home decor and best tell your story. Using state-of-the-art software and photos of your walls, Anne-Marie will curate a collection that reflects your personal taste and fits your budget.

1. Customization Options: You’ll learn about the various customization options available to you, such as wardrobe selection, location choices, and portrait styles. We will work closely with you to create a personalized portrait session that aligns with your preferences and goals.

2. Timeline and Pricing: We will walk you through the timeline for your portrait session, from scheduling to final delivery of your portraits. Additionally, we provide transparent pricing information and answer any questions you may have regarding custom collections, products, and payment options. You’ll be able to see examples of our wall portraits, prints, and albums as well as ways to display them in your home. We’ll figure out the scope of your project and create a detailed proposal so you know exactly what we’ll be creating, and what your planned investment will be. You always have the option to add to or change your initial proposal once you see the images and can adjust what you are ordering at your view/order appointment after your session.

3. Schedule and Pay for Session Date: We’ll discuss the next steps in scheduling your portrait session, including booking dates for your session and view/order appointment, preparing for the session, and outlining the path towards creating lasting images that you and your family will cherish for years to come. Session fees will be paid at this time to secure your desired date.

Once your design consultation is complete, you'll have a clear idea of what you want everyone to wear. We’ll create a custom virtual session style board with all the details of your session in one place. This is perfect for sharing with everyone so they know the color palette, location and all the details that will come together to tell your story. Anne-Marie will be available for wardrobe consultations via phone, email, or Zoom, so you can feel confident in your outfit choices. We also have stylists (some are complimentary, and others have a fee) that you can contact and work with to create a cohesive look for your whole family. if desired. Together, we’ll finalize your wardrobe at least one week before the session, allowing for any last-minute adjustments, tailoring, or dry cleaning and rounding up the perfect shoes and accessories.

The day of your portrait session is an exciting milestone! We will be in touch a day or two ahead of your session to confirm all the details including the weather if that will be a factor. With Anne-Marie's guidance and expertise, you can relax and enjoy the experience, knowing that you and your loved ones are in good hands. We understand the importance of capturing genuine emotions and ensuring that everyone looks their best. Our relaxed, kind, and professional approach will bring out the best in each family member, creating natural and timeless portraits to be cherished for years to come. A week or two after your portrait session, you'll return to our studio for a Selection Appointment with Anne-Marie. This is where your Lasting Images design plan truly comes to life. Sit back and watch as your portraits are presented on the big screen. Anne-Marie will have wall and album designs ready for you based on your Design Consultation. This is the moment to make your final decisions and place your order. We recommend having all decision-makers present and making suitable childcare arrangements.

Once your order is placed, we take care of everything. We oversee every step of the production process, ensuring that the final result is nothing less than perfect. Whether we're creating stunning wall portraits or elegant fine art albums, we only use the finest archival materials and take the time to craft custom pieces that complement the images you've selected. Please note that production generally takes between 3 to 7 weeks depending on the artisan pieces you have selected. We offer frame selections and have preferred framers who will take your finished pieces to the next level.
